- Complete the DS-160 form (keep your confirmation page — you’ll need it later)
✅ 2. Create a Profile on the Official Visa Appointment Website
- Visit the US Visa Information and Appointment Services website for Canada:
https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-ca/niv - Create an account, fill in your details, and link your DS-160 confirmation number.
✅ 3. Pay the MRV Visa Fee
Once your profile is created, you’ll be guided to the payment page. In Canada, you have a couple of payment options:

- Online Payment (Credit Card) – Pay directly through your profile using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card.
- Scotiabank Bill Payment – If you prefer to pay through a Canadian bank, you can generate a deposit slip and pay at any Scotiabank branch. (Note: This is less commonly used nowadays since online payment is faster.)
MRV Fee Amounts:

- $185 USD (approx. CAD equivalent at time of payment) for most tourist/business visas (B1/B2)

✅ 4. Schedule Your Appointment
After your payment is confirmed, go back to your profile and schedule your appointment at one of the US consulates in Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Halifax, or Quebec City).
